Adult, Child & Infant CPR

Learn how to recognize and respond to cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants. This module covers chest compressions, rescue breathing, and choking relief techniques for all age groups, emphasizing the differences in approach and force required for each.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

This module teaches you how to safely and effectively use an AED, a critical lifesaving device that can restore a normal heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest. You’ll learn when and how to apply an AED, follow voice prompts, and ensure scene safety (included in every CPR training).

FIRST AID

Gain essential skills to treat common injuries and medical emergencies. This includes bleeding control, burn care, fracture support, shock management, and how to handle environmental emergencies like heat exhaustion or allergic reactions—all using practical, real-world techniques.
